If an ECDS Homeroom Section class has at least one student who was actively enrolled during the ECDS Assessment Date Range specified at runtime, a master schedule section record is output. If a student was actively enrolled in an ECDS Homeroom Section class during the ECDS Assessment Date Range specified at runtime, a student section association record is output. The logic for the PK Program Type element is updated to include this element even if the student has an Exit Date in the Pre-K Special Program record that precedes the end of the student's enrollment. In StudentParent, StudentEnrollment, and StudentProgram grade EE students are now excluded as expected.
