  • If the user triggers Run Now from a category further down the page, the dashboard now automatically scrolls to the top so the confirmation message is visible.

Ed-Fi Framework: Preserve Quotes in Authentication Key and Secret

Ed-Fi: Enhanced Student Publishing “Publish All Records” Now Available

The Student Publishing page for South Carolina now includes a Publish All Records button that allows authorized users to publish all eligible student resources at once.

The existing Republish Current Records button remains valuable for refreshing data that has already been published, ensuring previously submitted resources reflect the latest updates. The new Publish All Records option complements this workflow by locating and publishing any eligible resources that have not yet been published for the student. This provides a more complete publishing action similar to the Publish All feature on the Ed‑Fi Dashboard, but scoped to a single student.

SC37 and SC38 Updated to Honor “Exclude from Attendance” in Section Settings

The SC37 Chronic Absenteeism Update Process has been updated to honor the Exclude from Attendance flag in Section settings. When this option is selected in a section, SC37 now excludes those instructional minutes from chronic absenteeism calculations as expected. Related adjustments have also been made to ensure SC38 reporting aligns with this behavior. These updates provide more accurate absenteeism reporting for South Carolina districts and align results with state expectations.
