PSSR-288231	All States/Provinces: APEX Report Updates	Updates have been made to the following APEX reports and the new, updated version numbers are listed below: Asset Inventory: Version 2.0 Asset Management: Version 2.0 Contact Relationship Details: Version 2.0 Courses List: Version 2.0 Current Grades: Version 2.0 Historical Grades: Version 2.0 Note: This report is designed to replace the Student Grades report. Historical Grades 2.0 has a new report ID and will not automatically replace the old Student Grades report. Users can publish this new report when ready and consider unpublishing the old Student Grades report. The report was also renamed to sufficiently differentiate it from the Current Grades report. Standard Grades: Version 2.0 Student Demographics Plus: Version 2.0
PSSR-280849	All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report Updates	Additional Reference: PSSR-289267, PSSR-284634, PSSR-281373, and PSSR-296964 Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.5 The following updates to the Attendance Profile Report have been made: The minutes absent are calculated based on the daily attendance clock in/out time. The report is sorted as follows Last Name: List students in alphabetical order Grade Level: List students by grade level (descending order) and then in alphabetical order Homeroom: List students alphabetically by homeroom, homerooms are listed in alphabetical order or in descending order if homeroom values are numeric Invalid data for clock in/out time is fixed The Guardian Name will now consistently be extracted When daily attendance is used, will only report the daily attendance data.
PSSR-280358	All States/Provinces: Career Tech Credentials Report Renamed	Academic and Career Plan Credentials Report: Version 1.1 The Career Tech Credentials Report has been renamed to Academic and Career Plan Credentials Report to match the Academic and Career Plan Credentials functionality in PowerSchool SIS.
PSSR-297623	All States/Provinces: Health Office Visit Detail Report Update	Health Office Visit Details Report: Version 1.2 The Office Visit Detail can fail if the VisitReason, Treatment, Procedure, VisitOutcome, and Assessment values exceed 4000 characters. To prevent the report from failing, it will now truncate values in the columns noted above so the combined length does not exceed 4000 characters.
PSSR-286262	All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 21.11.1.0	The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 21.11.1.0 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.
PSSR-297036	Legal Name and Gender: PA State Auditors Report-HTML	PA State Auditors Report - HTML: Version 1.7 A new report parameter is added to allow users to print student’s legal name and gender.
PSSR-296910	Legal Name and Gender: Person Template Report	Person Template Report: Version 2.3 Report parameter has been added to provide options for users to Print Student Legal Name and gender on the report if required.
PSSR-297952	SHARRS Tab Update: Add New Entry Fields for Other Antihistamine	Two new fields, are added to the SHARRS Medication Administration tab to record the dosage given for Other Antihistamine. A new text box is created to enter the number of doses of Antihistamine/Decongestant: Other by individual order. Display Enter Dose by default. A new textbox is created to enter the number of doses of Antihistamine/Decongestant: Other by standing order. Display Enter Dose by default.
PSSR-294628	SHARRS Report Update: Other Antihistamine	The count of doses for antihistamine/decongestant-other is provided for qualifying students as entered in the UI on the SHARRS medication page.
PSSR-294431	Student Calendar Fact Template: Days Enrolled & Days Present	Student Calendar Fact Template: Version 2.2 The Student Calendar Fact Template report is updated to print the expected calculated value for columns Days Enrolled and Days Present for previous enrollment when run from the District Office.
PSSR-295746	Student Template/Snapshot Report: Report Errors with Invalid Data Value in Assessment Category	Student Template/Snapshot: Version 5.5 The Student Template/Snapshot report is updated to run successfully without error when an invalid value has been imported into the student assessment category field for student assessments.
PSSR-294962	PA Secure ID Tab Update: PA Race Display	The Start Page > Student Selection > State/Province - PA > PA Secure ID student page is updated to correct the spelling of 'Ethnicity' and to display a value of "Multi-Racial Unknown reported as 6 Multi-Racial (not Hispanic)" for the PA Race field when a student has a Federal Race value of (U) Multi-Racial Unknown.
