| PSSR-281819 | All States/Provinces: New Office Visit Details Report | Office Visit Details: Version 1.0 A new Office Visit Details report is now available on the System Reports tab and can be run for a specific school and for a specific time frame based on user defined Start and End Date parameters. The report can be run to include any (or all) of the various data groupings (listed below) within an Office Visit record. Visit Details This data grouping displays:
The report can also be configured to return Office Visit data by student or by date. At this time, the report will return the results in an HTML format but a PDF output option is being developed and will be released in a future release. |

| PSSR-279897 | Student Template Snapshot Report: Update to Race and Ethnicity Code Calculation | Student Template Snapshot The Student Template Snapshot has been updated to support both the old and new methods for storing student race/ethnicity, using the following Student Race Calculation: First, check the Ethnicity Question and Race to determine the student’s race. The New logic for the new race value “(U)UnknownMULTI” sets the student as Multiple races. | PSSR-287095 | Update to Student Demographic Page for Unknown Multi-Racial | On the Student Demographic page, the Ethnicity and Race fields display a note indicating that these fields are required for State Reporting. The Scheduling/Reporting Ethnicity field displays a note that it is not required for State Reporting starting 2021. An additional Federal Race/Ethnicity type of U (Unknown Multi-Racial) is supported in the event the origin student race categories are unknown. This must be setup at the District Office for use. |
