PSSR-284625	All States/Provinces: Clock In/Clock Links Displaying When not Enabled Causing Excessive Logging	The Clock-In/Clock-Out code is now updated to return a valid studentsdcid and a check has been added. These updates will stop the Clock In/Clock Out links from displaying when it has not been enabled and will no longer cause excessive activity in the logs.
PSSR-279318	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Days Count Update	Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.1 Initially the Student Incident Profile Report has been updated and the Days count will now only factor in in-session days between the action start and end dates.
PSSR-287724	SHARRS Report: Update Logic for BMI	School Health Annual Reimbursement Request System (SHARRS) Report, Version 1.6 The School Health Annual Reimbursement Request System (SHARRS) Report is updated for the questions 13 (a-d) and 14 (a-d) in the HEALTH EXAMS, SCREENS & SELECT SERVICES section of the report. When determining the count of students for each category, the value from the Weight Status field in the screening record is used. • UnderWeight (UWBMI) → Underweight – Less Than 5th Percentile • Healthy Weight (HWBMI) → Healthy Weight – 5th Percentile to less than 85th Percentile • OverWeight (OWBMI) → Overweight – 85th to Less than 95th Percentile • Obese (OBMI) → Obese – Equal To or Greater than 95th Percentile
PSSR-287350	Add Code CP to Staff "Job Class Code Long" Field	A new value “College Professor (CP)” is introduced for the dropdown field “Job Class Code Long”. This field is found on the Start Page > Staff > Select A Staff Member > Information page.
PSSR-282629	Summer Transfer Mobility Code Incorrectly Populated On Re-enrollment In Previous And Current Enrollment	Logic is developed to no longer copy the value stored in the Student Mobility Code field when a new enrollment is created. Logic is developed to ensure the stored value for field Student Mobility Code in the Previous enrollment when a new enrollment is created is retained.
PSSR-278876	Student Template/Snapshot: New Parameter for Graduation Status Code	Student Template/Snapshot, Version: 5.3 The following new parameter is added to the runtime page for the Student Template report: Extract Graduation Status Code for students? If the value is set to No, the Graduation Status Code field if set in the UI will not extract. The default value is Yes, and in this case, there will be no change in the report logic. If the field is populated, the stored value will extract.
PSSR-287961	Incident Offender Template Update	Incident Offender Template, Version 3.4 The Incident Offender Template is updated for the following: • A value of ‘N' is reported for Weapon Detected if the data value is null • A value of ‘1' is reported for Injury Severity Code if the data value is null
PSSR-240019	Convert GetCF: Incident Offender Infraction Template, Incident Offender Template, Incident Detail Report	Additional Reference: PSSR-240023 and PSSR-240077 Converted the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better performance for the Incident Offender Infraction Template, the Incident Offender Template, and the Incident Detail Report.
