CRDC - School File: Version 1.3

DISC1-b (PK Expulsions) in the template was looking at the incorrect logic (DISC1-c). The report is now updated and DISC1-b and DISC1-c will report as expected.

CRDC - LEA File: Version 1.3

The web link for the "Harassment or Bullying Policy" is now a hyperlink. This will prevent longer web addresses from overflowing the text box.

For email elements, a space has been added after each email address so the text wraps properly.

On the Edit School page, the CRDC Staff FTE fields are updated and now store values to the hundredth place.

The Jquery library in the PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer has been upgraded to version 3.6.

The Append Import ID functionality allows users to upload an import file with any of the four student ID values (dcid, id, state student number, or student number). The user can then select which ID/foreignkey their file contains and which of the remaining three, they want to add. The system would create a new version of their import file with defined columns and data and the additional, indicated ID/foreignkey columns added as additional columns.

This functionality helps the user to import data into PowerSchool without having to go through a great deal of manual manipulation especially while importing into extension tables since they use studentDCID which is not easily accessible in PowerSchool.

The SRP start-up process (which loads the reports available in PowerSchool) has been optimized to reduce the start-up time needed for PowerSchool.

Expulsion/Suspension Letter Report: Version 1.4
The report logic has been updated to display the message ‘No Records Found’ in the PDF output file when no matching incidents are found.

Incident Offender Template Report: Version 3.6

Performance-tuned the report SQL to reduce rendering time.

Incident Victim Template: Version 2.2

The identified report is updated to extract the student's grade level at the time of the incident.

Student Template Snapshot Report: Version 5.9

The identified report is updated to include new logic for column 126-Name Suffix.  When extracting the value from field Legal Name (Suffix), the value is converted to a lower case R for Jr/Sr per the PIMS 2022-23 requirement.

The description for Behavior Code 47 used for Incident reporting in the Incident Management Load/Subcode Script to reflect the description as outlined in the requirements for 2022-23.

The description for Field 165 Location Code of Residence (LCR) is updated to reflect current data entry requirements.  It is also converted to have a hyperlink display which redirects to the current enrollment for the selected student.

PA Secure ID Report: Version 1.5

The identified report is updated to include new logic for column 7-Name Suffix.  When extracting, the value is converted to an upper case 'R' for Jr/Sr per the PIMS 2022-23 requirement.

The PA School Calendar page will be updated to improve the usability of the information displayed by including an arrow icon to sort the data displayed by the Calendar ID or Calendar Description columns.  The first phase of this feature is complete as of this release.  The release of the feature will be made available in Phase 2.

New code value “826 - Keystone Diploma” is added for Field 91: Diploma Code Type on the Student Template tab.

Student Template/Snapshot: Version 5.9

Updated the Student Template Snapshot report for column Location Code of Residence to report the entered value or report null for a blank value when the field Reporting District Type is set to Charter District (CD).  This setting is located at the District Office.

The values for the Graduation Status Code are updated by removing the parenthesis.
