State Reporting 21.9.2.0 Release Notes

The meeting, clock-in/clock-out attendance page has been updated and will no longer throw the following error in the system log:

ORA-00936: Missing Expression

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.2
The Attendance Profile report now includes students that have blank attendance. Additionally, these students will display the following message to alert end-users as to why there is no attendance listed.

No attendance records have been entered for this student.

It has been identified that certain html tags used in common compliance pages are a security vulnerability. Common compliance pages where these tags were used and all have been updated to address the security vulnerability.

CTE Student Fact Template - RE Report: Version 2.4

Report description is updated to display as follows:
”This template defines the CTE Student Fact table. This table contains the primary details of each CTE student's enrollment within a Pennsylvania Department of Education-approved school-level CTE program and/or registered adult affidavit CTE operated by each LEA. Written in the Reporting Engine (RE) Platform.”

Student Template/Snapshot Report: Version 5.0

The report is updated to include the following fields:

• AUN of Sending Charter School(Field 223)
• Sending Charter School Number (Field 224)
• Gender Identity (Field 225)

The “Religious Education and Theology” entry is discontinued from the Course Subject drop-down on the Edit Courses page.

Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School: Version 2.0

A new parameter to Print Student Legal Name and Gender is added to the report runtime page to extract a student's Legal Name and Gender values if populated.

PA Secure ID: Version 1.3

The PA Secure ID report is updated to find the latest enrollment within the start date and end date parameters and use that enrollment’s exclude flag to determine if the student should be excluded from the report.

Special Education Snapshot Template: Version 2.1

The Special Education Template is updated to only extract records for the school year selected at report runtime.

Staff Development Fact Template - RE: Version 2.1
The Staff Development Fact Template - RE report is updated to no longer generate a blank file when data selection criteria has been met.

The label for Field 38. Special Education IEP Indicator field is updated to indicate the report logic if the field is left blank on the following pages:

State/Province - PA > Student Template

Transfer Information > Edit Current Enrollment

Transfer Information > Edit Previous Enrollment pages

The breadcrumbs and page header when launching School Calendar Information on the Start Page > District Setup page are updated to remove "Out of District" and display Pennsylvania School Calendar Records.

The Student Template and EWS tabs are updated to display the value to be stored when selecting a value for a Yes/No ields and True/False fields in the field value description. This is to aid in ensuring the correct value type is imported.
