PIMS 2021-22 UI Updates

The updated "Field 38: Special Education IEP Indicator" drop-down values:

• Y – has IEP

• E – Exited IEP and transferred to Regular Ed this school year

• N – no IEP

A new field, "Gender Identity" is added after field 222 in the Student Template tab and student enrollment pages.

The updated "PIMS program code" drop-down values as follows:
(Newly added)

• Code 057: 21st Century Learning Centers (057)

• Code 060: Mode of Instruction - Hybrid (060)

• Code 061: Mode of Instruction - Full Time Virtual/Remote (061)

(Discontinued)

• Code 009: 21st Century Tutoring – Reading (009)

• Code 010: 21st Century Tutoring – Math (010)

The updated "Act 16 Fund Category" drop-down values as follows:

• blank

• Category 1 - $1.00 - $26,717.95

• Category 2 - $26,717.96 - $53,435.91

• Category 3A - $53,435.92 - $80,153.88

• Category 3B - $80,153.89 and over

The “Job Class Code Long” drop-down list is updated.
