PSSR-257645	All States/Provinces: Office Visit Clinic Log Update for Multi-Select Fields in PowerSchool 21.4	Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1 As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field. The report works as expected for districts that upgrade to PowerSchool version 21.4 as well as previously supported versions of PowerSchool. Assessment Visit Reason Visit outcome Procedure Treatment
PSSR-257660	All States/Provinces: CRDC Data Collection Implementation for 2020-2021	The Common Data Entry updates for the 2020-2021 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) are now available. The Schools/School Info CRDC page is updated to include: The Courses and Sections CRDC pages are updated to no longer allow the selection of the AP category “OT – Other”. Data elements that are no longer collected for the 2020-21 submission are moved to deprecated field sections at the bottom of the respective CRDC pages. These new data fields and changes are applicable to states that have implemented Common CRDC pages. State-specific CRDC pages will be updated in a future release. Student discipline CRDC updates for all states will also be implemented in a future release.
PSSR-260008	CTE Delivery Method Value Update	The student CTE Delivery Method Code field is updated to include a new value '(75) Career and Technical'. The following codes are discontinued: (50) Occupational (60) Tech Prep
PSSR-259287	CTE Student Fact Template: Logic and Report Output Update	CTE Student Fact Template Report: Version 2.3 The CTE Student Fact Template report is updated to extract student CTE data by school year as stored in the child table, S_PA_STU_CTE_C. Students must have a CTE enrollment for the selected year with a value for CIP CODE and CTE Delivery Method Code. School Year Date reports as June 30th of the selected year and Reporting Date reports as June 30th of the selected year.
PSSR-253102	CTE Student Industry Credential Template: Logic and Report Output Update	CTE Student Industry Credential Template - RE: Version 2.3 The report is modified to extract the credential earned data from the child table - S_PA_STU_INDUSTRYCREDENTIALS_C and same year CTE data from the child table - S_PA_STU_CTE_C.
PSSR-255620	PA District Fact Template - English Learners (ELs): Update for Historical Extract	District Fact Template for English Learners (ELs): Version 1.3 The identified report is now able to extract LIEP Survey data for historical year 2016-2017.
