Course Instructor Template - RE: Version 3.0

When navigating to Start > System Reports > State > Course Template - RE, the Start Date and End Date runtime parameters now auto-fill with the dates of the full-year term in view. The dates can also be manually set using desired dates. When the report is run, the selection of course/instructor information is based on student course enrollments found between the Start Date and End Date provided.

Course Template Report-RE: Version 2.6

The Course Template-RE report is updated to remove the School Year parameter and add the report Start Date and report End Date parameters. Courses with active student enrollments between the Start Date and End Date will be reported.

The PA - Special Education Snapshot report has been moved into the Legacy section of the State Reports page.

The SHARRS Tab on the Student Health Information section now displays the Time of the Visit. The listing of Visit data in the tab now displays data in the same order as OFFICE Visit tabs.

Student Calendar Fact Template: Version 1.9

The Student Calendar Fact Template is updated to include students who have the runtime parameter "Is this student a Summer Withdrawal for purposes of School Enrollment Template?" set to Yes.

Student Course Enrollment Template: Version 1.2

The Student Course Enrollment Template report is updated to remove the School Year parameter add the report Start Date and report End Date parameters. All active student courses between the Start Date and End Date will be reported.

Student Template/Snapshot: Version 4.5

The Student Template/Snapshot report logic is updated to reference a student's previous enrollment record when extracting a value for Field #221 (Access for ELLS Assessment) and Field #222 (ELA Assessment Exception Indicator) when using dates that fall during an earlier student enrollment.

Student Template/Snapshot: Version 4.5

TITLE III EL ELIGIBILITY is a conditionally required field in the Student Template/Snapshot report. The identified report is updated to extract the value stored in Field 95 Title III EL Eligibility if Field 41 EL Status Code is 01 or 06. If the student does not have a status code of 01 or 06, no value is extracted.
