The Act 16 Funding Category on the Special programs has been updated with the following: Category 1 - $1.00 - $26,505.90 Category 2 - $26,505.91 - $53,011.82 Category 3A - $53,011.83 - $79,517.74 Category 3B - $79,517.75 and Over
PSSR-211101	State Reports Tab: Updated Display Order for Templates	The display on the State Reports tab is updated as follows for the listed sections: Student Domain: The wording Current is removed from the page. Discipline Domain: The order of the listed discipline reports is modified to align with the PIMS manual. District Domain: The order of the listed District reports is modified to align with the PIMS manual. Location Domain: The Location Fact templates are now grouped together to align with the PIMS manual. Location Fact Template for Safe Schools Location Fact Template for Bus Evacuation Drills Location Fact Template for Fire and Security Drills Location Fact Template for Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)
PSSR-234809	PA Primary Teacher Validation Update: Saving New Value	An update is made for the validation of the PA Primary Teacher field on the Edit Section page to ensure that administrators are able to make modifications to the selected lead/co-teacher staff. If the validation message displays to advise a correction in the value in the PA Primary Teacher field, the changes selected will now save the new value.
PSSR-237176	Incident Management Code/Sub-Code Update for 2020-2021	The Load Codes/Subcodes script is updated for school year 2020-21. After running the Load Codes/Sub-Codes Script, the following items are updated: Incident Type - PA State Code of Conduct Violations^ and PA Academic Violations^ are not required for this submission year. They now display as follows: (Do Not Use) PA State Code of Conduct Violations^ (Do Not Use) PA State Academic Violations^ The Participant Attribute, INJURY SEVERITY CODE^ displays as 1-VICTIM/OFFENDER DID NOT SUSTAIN PHYSICAL INJURY^ Behavior Codes - Academic Violation^ and Code of Conduct Violation^ are not required for this submission year. They now display as follows: (Do Not Use) ACADEMIC VIOLATION^ (Do Not Use) CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATION^ Prior to using the new field, run the Load Codes/Sub-Codes script at the District Office.
PSSR-238698	Student Template - SPED Submission Report: Assessment Fields 221 and 222 Added to Template	Student Template - SPED Submission Report: Version 2.2 The Student Template - SPED Submission Report is updated to include header and student data for Field 221: ACCESS FOR ELLS ASSESSMENT and Field 222: ELA ASSESSMENT EXEMPTION INDICATOR. The fields are added to the end of each row in the template.
PSSR-238699	Incident Offender Template: Field 21 Update for Charter Schools	Incident Offender Template: Version 3.1 The Incident Offender Template report has been updated to include logic for Charter Schools that will extract the reporting school district AUN in field 21 if the District Type is set to Charter District [District]Reporting_DistrictType.
PSSR-239491	Staff Assignment Updates 2020-21: Assignment Code & Qualification Status Code Updates	The Pennsylvania State Information Section on the Staff Information Page has been updated as follows: Staff Assignment Code value 9998 School Security Personnel has been added to the Non-Certified section of the code pop-up window. The Staff Qualification Status Code field is no longer collected for the 2020-2021 school year. It is relocated just above CRDC section and is labeled as Discontinued.
PSSR-239816	New Field: Reporting District Type (District Office)	To aid in identifying the reporting district type for the Incident Offender Template, a new field is added to the District Setup > District Info page. Reporting District Type gives administrators the option to select one of the following values for PIMS reporting: blank Approved Private School (APS) Charter District (CD) CTC (CTC) Instructional Unit (IU) Private Residential Rehab Inst (PRRI) School District (SD) State Corrections (SC) Other (OTH)
PSSR-239999	Convert GetCF to Direct Extended Fields on SQL Packages	The GetCF method call to direct extended fields has been converted in order to achieve better performance on the following SQL Packages: PA_CRDC_PSSR-54934.sql, PA_GradeCodes_Update.sql, and PA_CustomField_Double_Mig_Check.sql.
PSSR-240007	Convert GetCF to Direct Extended Field on the Course Instructor Template Extract	Version No: 2.9 The GetCF method call to direct extended fields has been converted in order to achieve better performance for the Course Instructor Template extract.
