State Reporting 20.3.2.0 Release Notes

PSSR-223290	Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School: Update to Truancy Grade Count Logic	Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School: Version 1.8 The Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School report is updated to display Kindergarten or Pre-K students who do not have a value stored in the Grade Code field. These student names are now displayed with a blank grade to indicate that a Grade Code value is needed.
