Enroll New Student Page Reverts To Previous Student Selection On Submit

When clicking Submit to enroll a new student through the Enroll New Student page, a redirect to the previous student in selection no longer occurs.  The student selection remains as selected.

Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School: Update to Truancy Grade Count Logic

Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School: Version 1.8
The Location Fact Detail Report - Safe School report is updated to display Kindergarten or Pre-K students who do not have a value stored in the Grade Code field. These student names are now displayed with a blank grade to indicate that a Grade Code value is needed.
