Location Fact Template - Fire and Security Drill: Version 1.5

This report is updated to convert the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better performance.

The Load Codes/Subcodes script is updated for school year 2020-21. After running the Load Codes/Sub-Codes Script, the following items are updated:

1. Behavior Code 52 - Institutional Sexual Assault^ under the Misconduct-Against A Person^ is modified to display: (Do Not Use) 52-Institutional Sexual Assault^
2. A new Behavior Category of Sexual Offenses^ is added:

• • Category: Sexual Offenses^
  • State Aggregate Report Code: SXO^

3. A new Behavior Code, 52-Institutional Sexual Assault^ is added to the Behavior Category of Sexual Offenses^.
Note: Prior to using the new field, run the Load Codes/Sub-Codes script at the District Office.

Incident Offender Disciplinary Action Template (EWS): Version 1.3

The Incident Offender Disciplinary Action Template (EWS) is updated to convert the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better performance.

The identified report is updated to convert the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better report performance.

Incident Template: Version 2.0

The PDE recently announced changes, to stop collecting LLE Incident Number (column 16) and Incident Reporter Type Code (column 17) for the 2019-20 Discipline Domain reporting year. To comply with these changes, the Incident Template report’s header for these columns displays Not Collected and no data is extracted.

Location Fact Template - Safe School: Version 1.10

The Location Fact Template – Safe School Report is updated to report on incidents with a behavior code of (A) Academic Code of Conduct, or (C) Student Code of Conduct in the behavior category of Other^. All other behavior codes in this category are now excluded from the counts.

PA Secure ID Report: Version 1.1

The Current School Code data element in the report is updated with a leading zero if the school code is less than four digits.

This report is updated to convert the GetCF method call to direct extended fields to achieve better performance.

PA - Table 9A Report: Version 1.8

The Table 9A report incident record selection is updated to exclude incidents that occur outside of an enrollment, where a Challenge Type is not selected. All other selection criteria (that is Student w/ IEP) remain unchanged.
