The Import ID Look-Up functionality will no longer fail if the file contains an ID number that is not in PowerSchool. In this scenario, the result file (with the selected ID’s appended) will return the following verbiage:

All States/Provinces: Attendance Change History Report Updates

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.2

Additional Reference: PSSR-309600

The following updates have been made to the Attendance Change history report:

• The “Changed by” column is now updated to show the correct information when changes are made via the plugin.

• The Change Date/Time column and the current timestamp at the bottom of the report output will now display the time the attendance was modified, based on the time zone of the app server.

Common (Compliance) packages have been updated and hard-coded encryption keys have been removed from the database for security reasons.

Updates to the CTE Course Information Screen and Report

With this state reporting release, the following updates have been implemented:

• The CTE Course Information Screen has been updated to reflect the correct numbers of the fields and the fields will start from the number 51 instead of 57.

• The CTE Course Report, version 2.0, is updated to remove the columns that are no longer collected. Additionally, the below-mentioned columns have been added to the report output.

Updates to the CTE Student Information Screen and Report

With this state reporting release, the following updates have been implemented:

• The CTE Student Information Screen has been updated to reflect the correct numbers of the fields and the fields will start from the number 51 instead of 57.

• The below-mentioned 4 new fields have been added to the page:

  • WBLCIPCd1

  • WBLCIPCd2

  • WBLCIPCd3

  • WBLCIPCd4
    And the values from these fields will be pulled from the Codes hyperlink that has been provided beside the field. Furthermore, validations have been added that WBLCIPCd must have a value if the corresponding numeric WBLTypeCd is not 'Z - Not Applicable’.

• The CTE Student Report, version 2.4, is updated to remove the columns that are no longer collected. Additionally, the below-mentioned columns have been added to the report output.

    • If WBLTypCd1 is set as Z - Not Applicable then WBLCIPCd1 will be blank in the report output.

    • If WBLTypCd3 is set as Z - Not Applicable then WBLCIPCd3 will be blank in the report output.

    • If WBLTypCd4 is set as Z - Not Applicable then WBLCIPCd4 will be blank in the report output.
