State Reporting 22.10.2.0 Release Notes

| PSSR-286282 | Updates to the English Learner Screen and File | With this state reporting release, the below-mentioned updates have been implemented: - The below-mentioned updates are available on the English Learner Information Screen:
- The screen is updated to reflect the correct numbers of the fields and the fields start from the number 51 instead of 57.
- A new value, (10) ELPA Alternate is added to the ELProfTstNmCd drop-down.
- (08) Identification by Language Use Survey is disabled in the ELProfTstNmCd drop-down.
- (CS) Covid Screener Participant is disabled in the ELRecordTypCd.
- The English Learner File, Version 3.1, is updated to remove the columns that are no longer collected. The column MigrntEdFg is a mandatory column now, if it is left unchecked in the State Student Pages then the report output will have a value of N for the Student. Additionally, the below-mentioned columns are added to the report output.
