PSSR-257645	All States/Provinces: Office Visit Clinic Log Update for Multi-Select Fields in PowerSchool 21.4	Office Visit Clinic Log Report: Version 1.1 As the fields listed were changed to multi-select in PowerSchool version 21.4, the Office Visit Clinic Log is updated to handle multiple saved values for the Outcome field. PSSR-257660	CRDC common data collection implementation for 2020-2021	The Common Data Entry updates for the 2020-2021 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) are now available. The Schools/School Info CRDC page is updated to include: Aggregate data entry for sexual assault or rape offenses involving staff members. This is optional for the 2020-2021 collection. Aggregate data entry for staff and security staff FTE counts. The Courses and Sections CRDC pages are updated to no longer allow selection of the AP category “OT – Other”. Data elements that are no longer collected for the 2020-21 submission are moved to deprecated field sections at the bottom of the respective CRDC pages. These new data fields and changes are applicable to states that have implemented Common CRDC pages. State-specific CRDC pages will be updated in a future release. Student discipline CRDC updates for all states will also be implemented in a future release.
PSSR-244162	Discipline Incidents File: Implement 20-21 Changes	Discipline Incident File: Version1.7 The Discipline Incidents File is updated to no longer report incidents whose only Action Code is a Truancy Action Code. The report is also updated to no longer include incidents or Seclusion or Restraint.
PSSR-258799	Hepatitis B Dose Updated to Calculate Compliance Correctly	The Immunization compliance rules on the student Health screen are updated for Hepatitis B. The page is updated to correctly account for students who have received the 2-dose catchup series.
PSSR-259673	IUID Export Formatted Incorrectly	IUID File: Version 1.6 The IUID File is updated to align with the specification in the latest file format. The OnlineCrsFg column is updated to report in the correct location relative to other columns in the file.
PSSR-259881	OR - Restraint and Seclusion Incidents File: 20-21 School Year Changes	Restraint and Seclusion Incidents File: Version 1.4 The Physical Restraint and Seclusion Incidents File is updated to have the following cosmetic changes: The report name is renamed to Restraint and Seclusion Incidents File The report description is updated to remove the word Physical. The output file name is updated to remove 'Phys'
