State Reporting 20.9.2.0 Release Notes

The Language Code fields (Language of Origin and Additional Language Code) on the SSID Information and English Learner Information screens are updated to align with 2020-2021 school year requirements.

• Added 191 new language codes.
• Removed 56 obsolete codes.
• Updated 2 code descriptions.

The OR Cumulative ADM page is updated to comply with 2020-2021 school year updates. Essential Skills drop-downs are updated to include two new options, while other options are either disabled or have description changes.
New Options:

• M - Completed via Statewide Summative Assessment in a language other than English
• N - Completed via Modified cut score on a Statewide Summative Assessment in a language other than

Deactivated Options:

• 3 - Completed via Work Sample in English - scored externally
• D - Completed via Work Sample in a language other than English - scored externally
• 9 - Completed via Modified Work Sample in English - scored externally
• C - Completed via Modified Work Sample in a language other than English - scored externally
• 6 - Completed via locally developed assessment in English - scored externally
• H - Completed via locally developed assessment in a language other than English - scored externally

IUID File: Version 1.4
The Courses and Sections edit and new pages are updated to include a new 'Online Course Flag' (OnlineCrsFg) field.
The IUID Report is updated to extract the above field value (Section overrides Course), defaulting to 'N' if the Course or Section record is blank.
