PSSR-234674	New English Learner Program Record Type SE Added	English Learner File: Version 2.7 A new record type, SE - Student enrolled during a State of Emergency when the identification of EL Status is not feasible, is added to the list of English Learner Programs in compliance with updates announced for the EL Collection in May of 2020. The English Learner File report is also updated to include the new record type.
