Oregon Specific Special Function - Health Screening Information

This special function allows you to view Dental Screenings information for students aged 3-7 who are new to your district. You can use this information to submit the Dental Screening numbers to the state for newly enrolled students each school year.

The special function lists the number of students who have a dental screening record, students who have a waiver, and students who have neither a screening nor a waiver.

  • The number of new students between ages 3 and 7 that were/are enrolled in the district or charter school during the reporting school year.

  • The number of new students who submitted a dental screening certificate.

  • The number of new students who opted out of completing a dental screening certificate.

  • The number of new students who opted out of submitting a dental screening certificate because they submitted it to a previous school.

  • The number of new students who opted out of submitting a dental screening certificate because it was contrary to religious beliefs.

  • The number of new students who opted out of submitting a dental screening certificate because it was a burden (Financial, no access, etc.)

Navigation: Start Page > Special Functions > Oregon Specific Special Function > Health Screening Information


To run this function:

  1. Navigate to Start Page > Special Functions > Health Screening Information.
  2. To run this function at the school level, select Current  School.
  3. To run this function at the district level, select District Wide.
  4. Select the Term Year for which you want to run this function,
  5. Click Apply Filters. The dental screening result appears.
