State Reporting 22.9.2.0 Release Notes

Health Info Report: Version 1.1

The report is now updated to pull the data from Student Contacts.

A new “Digital Equity & Learning Preference Search” link is added to the special functions page and will allow users to search for Digital Equity & Learning Preference records using configurable filters.

The config files have been modified and are now only called through the re-initialization cycle. This will improve SRP startup times and avoid previously reported failures.

When the "Prevent Attendance page submit if blank attendance is used (PowerTeacher)" pref is checked on the Attendance Preferences page on the admin portal, the Sub Teacher is not able to submit attendance if blank attendance is used for Single day attendance and Seating Chart.

Added the English Learner Intervention Strategy field to the State/Province - OK page on the Compliance tab under the English Learner (EL) Information section after the English Proficiency Other Code field.

Updated the Basis of Admission field on all student and enrollment-related pages.

• Disabled BORDER = Student is a resident of a bordering state option for backward compatibility.
• Add option BORDER-NR = Student is a resident of a bordering state.
• Add option BORDER-R = Student resides within the boundaries of a school district located in Oklahoma.
• Updated the formatting of the Option Set to display (Code) description.
• Updated sort order to use the code instead of the description to align with state documentation.

The Discipline Letter Edit page has been updated and will now store values in the correct fields.
