(FA) Student Assessment Import Update

The FA Import is updated as follows:

• ACT and SAT scores adjusting the day of the month to invalidate as duplicates for single digit Test Day.

• Preschool (GB) Early Learning Assessment (ELA) file import now needs to import the Score of NE as Score Not Reported reason of F per ODE.
