State Reporting 21.7.2.0 Release Notes

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.0
Attendance Change History Report is a new System report that lists the students with attendance changes during the selected period.

Implemented Security updates on the Edit School page.

The Miscellaneous page in District is updated to save the Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal correctly.

Health Report: Version 1.3

The Health report is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

The following updates are made to the Learning Preference Code definition page:

• The Alternative Report Code and Set as Default fields are now editable
• The Edit & New Digital Equity & Learning Preference record page is now updated to honor the Learning Preference Set as Default setting.

Implemented Security updates on the All Students page in the Teacher Portal.

The improper use of tlist_sql/table_info tags, related to Prefs, has been fixed on the following page:

Yearly Medication Administration Record: Version1.3

The Yearly Medication Administration Record is updated and it runs (and completes) as expected when a medication has a time value entered.

Yearly Medication Inventory Report: Version 1.1

The yearly Medication Inventory Report is updated, and it runs (and completes) as expected for medications with “Received”.

FS absence hours data access tags now correctly account for the medically excused absences and no longer excludes them from the FS calculation.

You can now generate multiple Staff Course (CU) records for teachers and/or co-teachers on the Edit Section page, utilizing the Teacher-Section Lead and Teachers/Staff-Additional fields. When a Teacher-Section Lead changes, users must select the EMIS Reportable checkbox found under Actions to generate the CU record. When reporting a co-teacher, the staff role must be co-teacher and the EMIS Reportable checkbox must be checked.

The Co-Teacher/Multi-Teacher Updates for Staff Course Record (CU) link is removed.

You can now access DAT tags for Graduation Pathways - Legacy and Permanent - Core credits and for competency and readiness.

The Graduation Pathways page now only shows In-Progress courses with credit values greater than zero, and no longer shows negative values.

You can now enter the performance levels to the (GF) OELPA test type on the FA tab.

You can no longer select the "W" Score Not Reported Option for the (GY) CTE Assessment test type, per ODE guidance to use “X” instead.

Additional Reference:
(FN) Student Attributes-No Date Record: Version 4.28

You can now make changes to a previous school FN data within subdistricts. By navigating to the previous district and searching for active students on the prior date, you can make changes to the FN tab. The report now returns one record per student, per sub-district.

Truancy/Chronic page now rolls all transferred attendance into July of the prior year and no longer rolls into June.

Truancy/Chronic Meeting Attendance now recognizes the school.

Updated Course and Section pages to align with state reporting:

• HQT status moved to obsolete
• HQT IRN renamed to Teacher Licensure Course (TLC) IRN
