State Reporting 21.3.2.0 Release Notes

The Snapshot reports are fixed now and the reports are running and showing the completed successfully status as expected.

The following updates have been made to the Learning Preferences functionality:

• Learning Preferences Code creation link is moved to District Setup page under the Code Sets link.
  • If a state has code sets disabled then the Learning Preferences Code creation link can be found at the last section under the Code Setup Header
• The Code Start Date & Code End Date are now editable.
• The Learning Preferences link at Student-Level is renamed Digital Equity & Learning Preferences.
• When creating a new record, field values from the last record with the greatest Effective Date carry forward if present.
  • Fields that copy to a new record:
    • Internet In Residence
    • Internet Access
    • Internet Performance
    • Device Access
    • Device Type
    • Device Serial number
    • Paper Learning Packets

• Access to the Digital Equity & Learning Preferences link, at the student level, is now governed by a check box in the "Edit Security Group" page (path below).
  Path: Start page> System> Groups>[ select group ]
  Upon receiving the update, administrators must go into security groups and give the appropriate groups access to this page.
  Note: This security group setting is suppressed for ND and TX.

The FA tab on the State/Province - OH page is updated to display all valid (GY) CTE Technical Assessments in the list of Assessment Areas based on the most recent Ohio Department of Education documentation.

The correction to the section display under Ohio State Reporting Information - Section is now pulling CTE College Credit Course selection from the Course as expected.

Improve the Student Contact Record with Core PowerSchool Contacts (FF/FG) Report to add the Unit number to address line 2 as Ohio only accepts two lines of address.

Correction to the Grad Pathways Industry Credential and Workforce Readiness section of the Three Pathways to remove GY Assessments, as they should not be included in that section.

The Ohio Department of Education has released program codes related to graduation seals and competency alternatives. The Grad Pathways page is updated to display information based on Earned and Plans to Earn program codes for each student. The Set-up Graduation Seals page under the Readiness section of Permanent Requirements is removed. The Competency Override button on the Competency section of Permanent Requirements is removed.

Meeting attendance for students scheduled into multiple sections of the same course now calculates correctly. Incorrect attendance is no longer calculated in these situations.

Improve the (FR) Student Grade Reporting to recognize the courses/sections that are marked to Exclude from state reporting, therefore not requiring the Exclude from FR checkbox.
