Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled. Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

March CTE Follow-Up Updates for FY21

(GV) CTE March Follow-Up Record: Version 1.03

CTE March Follow-Up is updated as follows:

• You can input data into two new fields as required by the Ohio Department of Education for reporting March Follow-Up. The new fields, Service Program Placement and Work-Based Learning Hours, are found on the State/Province-OH GV tab for each student or on the Student March Follow-Up for CTE (GV) page at the district level.

• Diploma Element and CTSO Participation are marked as obsolete for FY21.

• Other Follow-up Status Element option of "X-Incorrectly reported as a CTE Concentrator" is no longer available for FY21.

• Columns for CTE Program of Concentration Codes & Flags 2-5 are added to the Student March Follow-Up for CTE (GV) page.

(DN) Organization General Information (DN) Record is updated as follows:

• ASMTFG3ELA, ASMTSPRELA, ASMTSPRMSS will no longer report if blank.

• INFOTECIRN is marked as obsolete for FY21.

• You can now input data as required by the Ohio Department of Education for three new Attributes:

  • LEAPRVWIFI is a single checkbox and can be found on the DN tab of the Building/District Information page as part of the District Group.

  • LEAPRVHARD found on the DN tab of the Building/District Information page as part of the District Group with checkboxes for each grade level.

  • EDUMODELDB found on the DN tab of the Building/District Information page as part of the District Group for district reporting as well as on the Ohio State Information of the Schools/School Info screens for building reportable data.

Meeting Attendance Calculation Update

An update to Meeting Attendance Calculations released on January 26, 2021, caused incorrect calculations for meeting attendance in certain situations. The calculations are now correct.
