State Reporting 21.1.2.0 Release Notes

(FN)-Student Attributes-No Date Record: Version 4.27

Ohio State Reporting for Majority of Attendance IRN has changed for fiscal year 21. The (FN)-Student Attributes-No Date Record is updated to calculate based on the new rule, which requires using March 31 for all students as the end date for determining Full Academic Year (FAY).

Meeting Attendance Calculations were incorrect for sections with split expressions. The calculations are now correct.

Pre-ID ACT Extract: Version 1.04

The Pre-ID ACT Extract now only pulls currently active students, withdrawn students are no longer included. Functionality is added to allow for a student selection, which allows districts to include students that are not in grade eleven.

A district-level pref is now available to enable the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data entry in the Public Portal. The pref is disabled by default.

This pref can be found on the following page for all states/provinces.
Path: Start Page> District Info > Miscellaneous.

Columns on the Schools/School Info page were misaligned. The column headings are now properly aligned.

A security update has been made to the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data collection functionality in the public portal and now records can only be seen and modified for the student tied to the guardian that is logged in.

The correct field name displays when hovering over the Disability field on the Special Programs page. You no longer see the incorrect field name.
