Test and Item Description Codes

Test Description and Item Description codes are hard-coded on the Assessment Fact page. These values are stored in [Assessments]TestDescription [Assessments]ItemDescription. For a list of codes (test names), see the table in Chapter 5: Assessment Measure Standard Descriptions and Codes in the SIRS Manual.
