The following updates have been made to the Incident Profile report:

• The report will now return incidents with the correct action (or actions) when it is run for specific action(s).

• The report will now return the expected incidents when it is run for actions that happened during a specific date range.

• The report will now return incidents with the correct behavior (or behaviors) when it is run for specific behavior(s).

Course Extract (SFTP) Update

Course Extract (SFTP): Version 3.9
A new course code 99899 has been added to the existing list to pull the records even if there is no enrollment to the course. 99899 can be from course number, alternate course number, or NY-specific alternate course number.

Incident Management - New Behavior codes

The incident management behavior codes have been updated to have a CRDC-specific set of subcodes, which will be used only by the CRDC reports.

NY - Program Fact - Removal of an Exit Reason Code 3050 - 22-23 DOE Update

The Exit Reason code of 3050 has been moved to “No longer used” for English Learner Language (ELL) Eligibility. A Validation message has also been added when the user tries to select the 3050 exit reason code from the 2022- 2023 school year onwards.

NY - Student/Staff Compliance Page Updates

The Student and Staff Compliance Pages have been updated to include a student/staff selection modal when a user tries to land on the pages using the search bar.

Program Fact Data Entry: EXIT REASON CODE 1 Dropdown Displays Incorrect Options in Edit Mode

When editing an existing Program Fact record, the values displayed in the Exit Reason Code will now display the expected values, based on the values selected for the Program Service Category and Program Service Code.
