All States/Provinces: Attendance Change History Report Updates

Attendance Change History Report: Version 1.2

The following updates have been made to the Attendance Change history report:

  • The “Changed by” column is now updated to show the correct information when changes are made via the plugin.

  • The Change Date/Time column and the current timestamp at the bottom of the report output will now display the time the attendance was modified, based on the time zone of the app server.

Common (Compliance) packages have been updated and hard-coded encryption keys have been removed from the database for security reasons.

All States/Provinces: Import ID Look-Up Functionality

The Import ID Look-Up functionality will no longer fail if the file contains an ID number that is not in PowerSchool. In this scenario, the result file (with the selected ID’s appended) will return the following verbiage:

CRDC: Incorrect Value Reported for "Students who Passed Algebra I"

The reporting logic is updated to accurately calculate the number of students who have passed Algebra I.

Partner Project Fact Extract (SFTP): Logic Updates

Partner Project Fact Extract (SFTP): Version 1.1

The reporting logic has been updated as follows

  • “Student Project Location Code“ will now be extracted based on the 'Program location Code' saved in the Partner Project Fact Record.

  • Records with a start date in a prior school year that have no end date are now included, and the record is generated using a start date equal to 7/1 of the selected academic school year.

PSSR-305357

Student Digital Equity Records: Ability to Identify Students with Missing or Outdated Records

A new search option has been added to the NY Digital Equity and Learning Search Page. This option is only available when the “Enrolled' option has been selected for the Enrollment Status:

  • Missing Student Records (Selected Year)

When this option is selected, the search will return a list of students who have no record in the currently selected school year.
