PSSR-279102Student Digital Resources - Updates to data entry fields and layout for the Admin page

For school and district staff, the Student Digital Resources data entry page has been updated to display the related Digital Equity survey questions as published by NYSED. In addition, fields that were previously tracking combined values have been broken out based on the related survey questions, and the option sets for each field has been updated to match the option sets published by NYSED.

All records created by a parent or by school staff members will be displayed on the Student Digital Resources home page.

PSSR-279106Student Digital Resources Extract - Updated logic to pull from new fields

The Student Digital Resources Extract (SFTP) is updated to pull all values directly from values stored in the database, including several newly added fields.

PSSR-278908Student Digital Resources Survey - Updated Data Entry for Parents / Guardians

The data entry for creating a new Student Digital Resources record on the Parent portal has been updated to display the survey questions published by NYSED. In addition, fields that were previously tracking combined values have been broken out based on the related survey questions, and the option sets for each field has been updated to match the option sets published by NYSED.

This data, once stored, is also visible to school and district staff on the related student page.

Once one or more records have been created for a student, the Student Digital Resources home page will display a list of existing records for the selected. The related survey question for each column can be displayed by hovering over the desired field.
