Set Up a District Calendar

To set up a District Calendar, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the District Calendars link. The District Calendar page appears.
  2. Click New. The New Calendar page appears.
  3. Enter the following information:
    • Calendar Name
    • Calendar Description
    • Calendar Start Date (e.g.: 7/1/2013)
    • Calendar End Date (e.g.: 6/30/2014)
    • Weekdays Setup:
      • Ensure that the in-session check box is marked for all weekdays (M-F).
      • Uncheck the in-session checkbox and set the Day Type to Other for Saturday and Sunday.
      • Values for the Day, Schedule and Tracks are not required.
      • Select the appropriate school and grade level combinations for this calendar setup

4. Click Submit. Calendar days for the entire year are generated and the District Calendars page appears.
