Set Up a District Calendar
To set up a District Calendar, complete the following steps:
- Click the District Calendars link. The District Calendar page appears.
- Click New. The New Calendar page appears.
- Enter the following information:
- Calendar Name
- Calendar Description
- Calendar Start Date (e.g.: 7/1/2013)
- Calendar End Date (e.g.: 6/30/2014)
- Weekdays Setup:
- Ensure that the in-session check box is marked for all weekdays (M-F).
- Uncheck the in-session checkbox and set the Day Type to Other for Saturday and Sunday.
- Values for the Day, Schedule and Tracks are not required.
- Select the appropriate school and grade level combinations for this calendar setup
4. Click Submit. Calendar days for the entire year are generated and the District Calendars page appears.
