Reason for Beginning Enrollment Codes

The "Reason for Beginning Enrollment" codes are shown on the UI from the PS_COMMON_CODE table. The value is stored in [Students]NY_R4B_EnrollCode or [S_NY_STU_X]R4B_EnrollCode and [ReEnrollments]NY_R4B_EnrollCode or [S_NY_REN_X]R4B_EnrollCode. These codes can be used as an override if none of the standard entry codes apply. See the latest SIRS Manual for valid values.
