State Reporting 24.9.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-356529	All States/Provinces: NCEA - 2024-25 NCEA Staff Information - Add Unknown to Religious, Clergy or Lay	NCEA Report: Version 24.8.2 Additional References: PSSR-355734, PSSR-356529, PSSR-355575, PSSR-355574, PSSR-353966, PSSR-353162, PSSR-352461, PSSR-350392 The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following: Data Collection: Updated staff and student data collection. A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category. Report Updates: The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications Other Fixes: NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.
PSSR-358316	Incident Management - Transfer existing Weapon Type setting to the new Weapon Type options	Additional Reference: PSSR-354996 The WeaponDescriptor values have been seeded and are now available for use under the Weapon Type^ Incident Attribute within Incident Management. Additionally, a script has been released as part of this update and any existing incident with the Weapon Type^ attribute set will be updated to reflect the new, valid PED Weapon Type^ option of Other^.
PSSR-354993	New - Staff Vaccancy Data Collection	A new data entry page is now available (at the path below) where districts can enter Staff Vacancy data. This data is stored in the S_NM_StaffVacancy_S table and there should be one record, per reporting period, per year with the respective numbers of available, vacant positions by category. Start Page> District Management> Compliance> Staff Vacancy Note: This data will be published in the new nmped_staffEducationOrganizationVacancy resource which will be released in a future update.
PSSR-356180	NOVA - 24-25 - StudentSchoolFoodServiceProgramAssociation Updates	The logic for the ParticipationStatusDescriptor and SchoolFoodServiceProgramServiceDescriptor elements have been updated to publish the correct “Not Participating” value. Additionally, Lunch Status field values of Reduced-DC (RDC) will publish as R - Reduced.
PSSR-356296	NOVA - StudentProgramAssociation - NMPreK record auto-generation logic update	The NMPREK record auto-generation logic has been updated to work with the new 24-25 participation code values. Note: As part of this change, the old, now retired value of 900HR will no longer result in autogenerated NMPreK record being generated.
PSSR-356308	NOVA - StudentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation – ProgramServices SO Logic Update	Within a student’s Special Education Program record (StudentSpecialEducationProgramAssociation), the ProgramServices logic has been updated and SO Services Fact records will now publish since these records are to be reported to PED for the 24-25 school year.
PSSR-355639	NOVA -24-25 - Staff Resource Changes	The Staff resource has been updated to include the staff License Number, within the identificationCodes portion of the record, if it has been entered in PowerSchool for a given staff member.
PSSR-348254	NOVA- StudentProgramAssociation - T3 records not publishing & ORA Error in Diagnostic Viewer	The Student Program (StudentProgramAssociation) logic has been updated and the “STUDENTPROGRAMASSOCIATIONS ORA-00001: unique constraint” error will no longer be triggered and records will publish as expected.
