The Staff Assignments (staffEducationOrganizationAssignmentsAssociations) has been updated and now staff members do not need to have a school affiliation record for a given building to have staff assignment records tied to that building publish successfully.

The following logic updates have been made to the following resources:

• Vehicle Snapshot - vehicleUseIndicator:

  • This element will publish as True if the Vehicle in use on Reporting Period? field value is 80D or 120D and the Deactivate This Bus? checkbox is not checked

• Vehicle Mileage:

  • vehicleMileage records will now publish with the dailyMileage value coming from appropriate field below:

    • Paved - Essential Dead Head Daily Mileage

    • Paved - Live Route Daily Mileage

    • Unimproved - Essential Dead Head Daily Mileage

    • Unimproved - Live Route Daily Mileage

    • Unpaved - Essential Dead Head Daily Mileage

    • Unpaved - Live Route Daily Mileage

      • Note: If any of the source fields noted above are blank, a value of 0 will be published.
