NOVA - Charter School EdOrgID Logic Update

When Charter schools are publishing the resources StudentEducationOrganizationAssociations, StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociations and StaffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociations, the last three digits of the Education Organization Id must contain the school number. All three resources have been updated to include this logic.

Note: This logic is intended to be used by charter schools that fall under an LEA that is not on the same SIS instance as the charter school.

This new EdOrgID logic will be triggered by checking the In District Charter School flag on the Edit School page. Only charters in this scenario should have this flag checked.

The Organization Catalog download logic has been updated and now the entire catalog will download as expected.

23-24 STARS Changes - K12P & K5P & ELTP Data Collection

The Edit School Calendar page has been updated and the following changes have been made:

• A new K12P check box has been added

• The K5P and ELTP check boxes have been removed.

Additionally, the ELTP After-School Attendance Entry screen has been removed from the UI.
