Diploma Type Valid Value Update/Correction

The field options for each of the following “Diploma Type” fields have been corrected:

• Expected Diploma Type - required for all 8-12 Special Ed students

  • Start Page, [Select Student], then select State / Province NM, Special Ed

    • Valid values have been updated to:

      • 3 - Modified Option

      • 4 - Ability Option

      • 5 - Standard Option

• Type of diploma for graduating student

  • Start Page, [Select Student], then select State / Province NM, Graduation Plans

    • Valid values have been updated to:

      • 1 - Alternate Demonstration of Competency (ADC).

      • 2 - Certificate of Course Work Completed 

      • 4 - Ability Option

      • 6 - Modified Option
