All States/Provinces: Immunization Rules Engine Update

The immunization rules engine can now compare immunization dose dates and the number of doses a student has received to date fields in Core and extended tables (Student.EntryDate, for example)

Note: Immunization rules must be updated to utilize this new functionality.

All States/Provinces: Null Pointer Exception Error When Saving Vaccine Dose Data

Student dose data is now saved now in the Nightly Batch process. This will prevent users from receiving the null pointer exception error when entering (and saving) vaccination dose data.

Attendance Profile Report Version: 1.7

The Attendance Profile now has a maximum limit of 200 students per report run.

The following new values have been added to the following fields on the Programs Fact data entry page:

• Programs Code:

  • MEP - Migrant

• Participation Info Code

  • 15 = Basic School Program.
    *16 = Regular Term MEP-Funded Project. 
    *17 = Summer/Intersession MEP-Funded Project.
    *18 = Year Round MEP-Funded Project. 
    *19 = Basic School Program and Regular- Term MEP-Funded Project.
    *20 = Residency Only (none of the above) 
    *21 = Non-migrant enrollment

23-24 STARS Changes - Sped Event Data Collection Changes

The following Special Education Event data collection changes have been made for 23-24 reporting:

• New Event Type Codes

  • 15 - Graduation

  • 16 - Completion

• Event Type Code description updates

  • 13 - The description has been updated to:

    • Conditional certificate of conditional transition - Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE)

  • 14 - The description has been updated to:

    • Modified/Ability Diploma and working towards a Standard Diploma and/or IEP goals - Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).

• New Event Reason Code

  • 12 - The student received a conditional certificate of transition (Does not end FAPE).
