The following data collection changes have been made:

• The following Standard Achieved Codes have been added for the Dyslexia Test Description.

  • Assessment Fact data entry page

    • 2 - Student Not Screened: The student has the most significant cognitive disability.

    • 3 - Student Not Screened: The student was formerly screened at a prior LEA location (either in state or out of state).

    • 4 - Student Not Screened: The student’s IEP indicates the screener was done as part of diagnostic evaluation.

    • 5 - Student Not Screened: The student was not enrolled in the district prior to data submission deadline.

• Diploma Type option updates

  • Grad info tab

    • Option 1 description has been updated to - Diploma of Excellence without ADC

    • For the options 2, 4, & 6 added the following verbiage to the end of the option description - (Does not end FAPE)

• District Fact Data Entry Page:

  • District Setup> Transportation

    • Renamed the K5P Mileage field to K12P Mileage

    • Removed the ELTP Mileage field from the UI
