NOVA - staffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociation (Staff Assignments) Update

The logic for the staffEducationOrganizationAssignmentAssociation (Staff Assignments) resource has been updated in the following ways:

• EducationOrganizationID (EdOrgID) - This logic will now report the last three digits based on the following:

  • First, the Location field in the staff assignment record will be checked. If this field is set to a building, that building number will drive the reported value.

  • If the Location field in the staff assignment record is blank, the reported value will be driven by the staff’s “home school” (on the staff’s Security Settings page).

Important: Once this update is applied, districts will need to perform a publish all for the Staff Associations Ed-Fi dashboard category.
