The meeting, clock-in/clock-out attendance page has been updated and will no longer throw the following error in the system log:

All States/Provinces: Attendance Profile Report - Perfect Attendance Update

Attendance Profile Report Version: 1.2
The Attendance Profile report now includes students that have blank attendance. Additionally, these students will display the following message to alert end-users as to why there is no attendance listed.

No attendance records have been entered for this student

All States/Provinces: Preferred Name Fields Needed

Fields have been added to the S_STU_X table to track a student's preferred first, middle, and last names:

• Pref_First

• Pref_Middle

• Pref_Last

These fields are currently only exposed in WI but can be added to the UI via page fragments and other supported methods of customization options.

It has been identified that certain HTML tags used in common compliance pages are a security vulnerability. Common compliance pages where these tags were used and all have been updated to address the security vulnerability.

NM District Fact Template: Version 1.5
The following changes have been made to the District Fact template for 21-22 reporting:

• K5P has been removed from the report parameter

• when run for 40D, the following records will be returned:

  • K5PMILEAGE

  • ELTPMILEAGE

• When run for 80D and 120D, the following records will be returned:

  • ELIGSTUDNOTSTARS

  • MILEAGE

  • FEEDER

  • PROJSTUDENTS

New - Staff Digital Resources Template

NM Staff Digital Resources Template: Version 1.0

The new Staff Digital Resources report is now available on the State Reports tab. This report allows PED to track the digital devices a staff uses and their internet connectivity at home.

This data is required for all staff, active on the reporting date, with position codes in the following Staff Assignment Template Categories: Educational Assistants. Principals, or Teachers.

Staff that do NOT have a position code in one of the three categories listed above will not be extracted in the report.

Vehicle Mileage Template 21-22 Updates

The following updates have been made to the Vehicle Mileage template for the 21-22 reporting year:

• K5P reporting option has removed from the Reporting Period drop-down and all logic specific to K5P has removed from the report.
