Student & Student Snapshot - Guardian Phone/Email Update

The following updates have been made to the Student Template & Student Snapshot templates:

• When the Guardian DayTime Phone and email values come from the legacy guardian fields, and there are multiple comma separated values, the reports will return the value up to the first comma.

• The Guardian Daytime Phone logic has been updated to pull the phone number from the following fields in the following order (in case the Students.guardiandayphone field is null)

  • Guardian Daytime Phone (Students.guardiandayphone)

  • Mother daytime (StudentCoreFields.MotherDayPhone)

  • Father daytime (StudentCoreFields.FatherDayPhone)

  • Home (Students.Home_Phone)

  • If ALL of the fields noted above are blank, the report will return 555-555-5555

If the guardian data (name, daytime phone, and email) are coming from Student Contacts, the logic is unchanged.
