Fixed Primary Address State Code Shows New Mexico on State Miscellaneous Page

The NM State/Province page displays the correct value for the Primary Address State Code field.

Staff Development Fact File name corrected by removing the underscore between date and time.


References to Old VTs Removed - Tabs with Child Table Data Entry to Look Directly at Child Table

Staff and Staff Snapshot Report Updates

Staff: Version 3.0
Staff Snapshot: Version 3.1

The Staff and Staff Snapshot reports are updated with logic to report a qualifying staff member only once for their indicated home school rather than for each school with an existing school staff record.

Users that are only district office staff are now included as well.


Pref to Enable Digital Equity and Learning Preference in the Public Portal

A district-level pref is now available to enable the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data entry in the Public Portal. The pref is disabled by default.

This pref can be found on the following page for all states/provinces.
Path: Start Page> District Info > Miscellaneous.


Security Update - Digital Equity and Learning Preferences Public Portal Data Collection

A security update has been made to the Digital Equity & Learning Preference data collection functionality in the public portal and now records can only be seen and modified for the student tied to the guardian that is logged in.
