Incident Management Template

A quick entry template for discipline incidents to be reported STARS is available. The name of the template is STARS Discipline Incident Template and is enabled by default.

1. Navigate to District Management, Behavior, Incident Templates.

2. Click STARS Discipline Incident Template.
   The basic information about the template is displayed.

3. Click Next.

4. Enter the incident details by filling out the information in the relevant fields.

5. Click Next.

6. Complete and Submit the incident.
