Incident Management: Action Codes
The following codes are used to assign disciplinary infraction responses to incidents. If Incident Management is used to track discipline incidents for state reporting, the codes can be loaded by running the Load Codes/Subcodes link at the district level.

Note: For action codes 8, 10, and 14, the Allow Comment and Make this Comment Mandatory options are checked by default.
