PSSR-241255	Ed-Fi Version 3.x Profile Update	The Ed-Fi Version 3.x profile is updated to auto-populate the default state ODS URL to the production ADVISER URL when creating a new profile.
PSSR-240413	ADVISER: Student Contacts Category Publishing Update	Student Contacts Category resources are updated to publish from the core student contacts (Unified Contacts). The resources updated are: Parents StudentParentAssociations
PSSR-235225	ADVISER: Section Characteristics Publishing Update	Section Characteristics is published on a Section if at least one characteristic is selected. The valid values are: Block Schedule Female Only Male Only This is published when the Block Schedule field or Single-Sex Class field is set on the Sections page. When the Block Schedule field is checked then Section Characteristics is published as Block Schedule. When the Single-Sex Class field is set to M then Section Characteristics is published as Male Only. When the Single-Sex Class field is set to F then Section Characteristics is published as Female Only.
