New Migrant Verification Report

Migrant Verification Report : Version 23.9.3

A new Migrant Verification Report is now available on the State Reports page. This report provides a list of Migrant students and related data as of a specified date or a date range. The report can be generated as a PDF or CSV file.

  • Selection Criteria

    • If Effective Date: Students active in the Migrant program on the specified date.

    • If Date Range: Students enrolled for at least one day with a Migrant program record during the specified date range.

  • Record Sorting: School, Student Name

  • Report Elements & CSV Layout

    • Count:   Sequential count of the reported students

    • School:  Abbreviated School Name

    • Student Number:  Local Student Number

    • Student Name:  Last, First, MI

    • Grade:  Grade Level

    • Start Date:  S_ND_STU_MigrantPrograms_C.StartDate

    • End Date:  S_ND_STU_MigrantPrograms_C.EndDate

    • Last Qualifying Move (QAD):  S_ND_STU_MigrantPrograms_C. LastQualifyingMove_QAD

    • Exit Reason:  S_ND_STU_MigrantPrograms_C.ExitReasonCode

    • Comment: S_ND_STU_MigrantPrograms_C.Comment

Updates to Serving Spec Ed Unit Codes

The Serving Spec Ed Units on the North Dakota IEP/Special Ed tab are updated as follows.

  • Lonetree Special Ed Unit: No longer in operation. This obsolete code is unavailable when the selected PowerSchool term is within the 2023-24 school year.

  • Central Regional Special Ed Unit: This new code is available to be selected when the selected PowerSchool term is within the 2023-24 school year.
