State Reporting 23.2.2.0 Release Notes

The copyright year has been updated to 2023 on all Compliance pages in the following portal pages

• Admin portal pages
• Teachers/Subs portal pages
• Public/Student portal pages

The student Digital Equity & Learning Preferences page will now be visible to users that do (and do not) have access to a student’s Functions page.

Updates to the North Dakota data collection pages are now available.

• The Title I, Homeless and ELL pages are updated to prevent security warnings when users log in to PowerSchool.
• Title I
  • Exit Reasons are now retained as expected when the student has more than one Title I record during the year.
  • A new Exit Reason of “Change in Services” with a numeric code of “CS” is now available.
  • Data entry validation is added to require at least one Title I Service in each record.
• Military Info
  • New fields are added to the S_ND_STU_X extension table to capture parent names.
  • Father/Guardian 1 Last Name and First Name: MilFatherGuar1Last and MilFatherGuar1First
  • Mother/Guardian 2 Last Name and First Name: MilMotherGuar2Last and MilMotherGuar2First
• Sections Page: On-screen text is added next to each of the North Dakota elements with equivalent fields in the Courses table. The value as set on the Courses page is now displayed in parentheses for the following fields:

  • Clock Hours
  • Course Level
  • Credit Type Detail
  • Exclude From State Reporting
  • Instructional Delivery Method
