State Reporting 23.1.2.0 Release Notes

The ReportWorks/SRP config files have now been modified to be called only through the re-initialization cycle. This improves the SRP startup times and avoids previously reported failures.

The State Validation tab that was introduced in SR 22.12.2 in error is now removed from the System Reports area of PowerSchool.

Incident Profile Report: Version 1.3

The Incident Profile report has been updated and will no longer duplicate incident data.

MIS03 Staff Verification Report: Version 23.1.2
Updates to the MIS03 Staff data collection in the admin and teacher portals, and to the verification report are now available along with an update to the Migrant Program data collection.

• MIS03 Staff Data Collection
  • For elementary school records, Percent Devoted will now be broken down by grade level.
    • Percent Devoted 1-6 is removed from the page.
    • In its place, three new fields are added to the S_ND_USR_X table.
      • Percent Devoted Grades 1-4: PercentGrades14
      • Percent Devoted Grade 5: PercentGrade5
      • Percent Devoted Grade 6: PercentGrade6
  • Highest Degree Educational Institution Code and Bachelor Degree Educational Institution Code
    • When a degree was earned in a foreign country, the user selects code 777777 Out of Country from the dropdown list.
    • Two new fields are added to the S_ND_USR_X table and conditionally display to capture the specific country. The dropdown lists references the same country codes already used for student Origin Country. Validations enforce this data entry for degrees outside the United States.

  • Responsibility Code Major and Responsibility Code Other 1-4: Five new codes are now available in the dropdown list.

  • Positon Code Major and Position Code Other 1-4: New code 57 Dean of Students is now available
• MIS03 Staff Verification Report
  • In place of the obsolete Percent Devoted 1-6 element, the new fields for Percent Devoted Grades 1-4, Grade 5 and Grade 6 now display.
  • The two new Degree Country Fields appear directly after the Highest and Bachelor Degree Inst Code columns.
• State/Province - ND > Migrant: The validation that required a value in the "Last Qualifying Move Date (QAD)" field has been removed.
