Additional Reference: PSSR-293638
As in prior years, the School and Diocese Summary reports are output as a .zip file containing both the PDF version of the NCEA Databank Questionnaires and a .CSV data submission file. The school-level files are automatically aggregated in the Diocese summary. The following changes have been implemented for 2022-23.

  • School Fax number is removed from the school PDF.
  • New percent columns and rows are added for most of the summary counts for students and staff in the PDF report. Percentages are rounded up or down to the nearest whole number.

  • The Teacher Retention elements are re-labeled and updated to use the new source field for prior year teachers.
    • Number of teachers who were employed during the last school year: S_SCH_NCEA_NCEA_Teacher_Last_Year.

    • If the school does not offer federal nutrition program (S_SCH_NCEA_X.OffersFedNutrition_TF = 0), no students can be reported as receiving free/reduced lunch; all students are extracted with a value of 0.
