State Reporting 23.2.2.0 Release Notes

The copyright year has been updated to 2023 on all Compliance pages in the following portal pages

• Teachers/Subs portal pages
• Public/Student portal pages

The student Digital Equity & Learning Preferences page will now be visible to users that do (and do not) have access to a student’s Functions page.

Monthly Student Data: Version 11.3

The Monthly Student Data extract now returns student records if the student withdraws on the first day of the month or the first day of the reporting segment. Also, the report does not pull any no-show student records.

Monthly Student Data: Version 11.3

• The Monthly Student Data Report is updated to extract the data from the contact page when the “New Students Contact” parameter is set to "Yes". If there is no data for the contacts, the "PERMADDR" block will not be displayed in the output.
• The logic to extract "P_MILITARY" is modified to show "N" if the blank value is selected for the contact.
• The report output will not display the "RELATIONSHIP" tag if the blank value is selected for the student contact’s relationship.

Student Truancy Report: Version 2.7

The Student Truancy Report is enhanced to have a new report parameter “Use New Student Contacts”.

• When the report is run with the “Use New Student Contacts” parameter selected, the following business rules are applied:
  • The report extracts the data only from the student contacts.
  • The first three active contacts that have the Custody flag as Yes are printed on the report output.

A new column emergency contact's email address is added to the report output and is placed next to the emergency contact’s phone number.
