PSSR-145893MHSAA Extract Update: Performance Optimization

MHSAA Extract: Version 1.7
To improve performance, the MHSAA Extract now uses extension tables instead of custom fields. In addition, the Select Schools menu on the report run page is updated to include a list of schools with Grade 7 and higher.
